We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager for our Life Sciences - Instrumentation division.
The ideal candidate will drive the product strategy, development, and lifecycle management for our advanced instrumentation solutions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet market needs and deliver exceptional value to our customers in the life sciences field.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy:Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning with company goals and market trends.
Identify new market opportunities and define product positioning.
Market Analysis:Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Use insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Product Development:Collaborate with sales team to drive product development from concept to launch.
Ensure products meet technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Customer Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Gather feedback to refine product features and improve user experience.
Sales Support:Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop product messaging, training materials, and promotional strategies.
Support sales efforts through presentations and demonstrations.
Lifecycle Management:Monitor product performance and gather user feedback post-sales.
Manage product iterations, enhancements, and end-of-life processes.
Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences; Master's in Science or advanced degree preferred.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of product management experience, preferably in life sciences or related instrumentation fields.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of life sciences instrumentation, laboratory workflows, and relevant regulatory environments.
Independent and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team player.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have own transport and willing to travel extensively within Malaysia.
