We are looking for a dedicated Product Manager to join our technical team at TP-Link.
In this role, you will work closely with distributors, partners, end users, and the sales team to help drive product strategies and support the successful introduction of new products.
You'll be responsible for planning product launches, overseeing promotions, and ensuring effective product training, all while tracking performance and meeting product targets in a balanced and manageable way.
What You Will Do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, vendors, and sales teams to ensure successful collaboration and product promotion.
Take responsibility for meeting quarterly and yearly product targets.
Plan and execute new product launches, promotional activities, and stock inventory management.
Organize both online and offline product training sessions for internal teams and external partners.
Forecast and track key account metrics, including monthly sales results and annual forecasts.
Prepare regular reports on product status, product updates, and sales performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor products to provide insights and adjust strategies as necessary.
Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends and competitors, and implement strategies to enhance product offerings and marketing activities.
Develop product and solution training materials in alignment with product strategies and lead training sessions.
What We Look For:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Experienced in WAN & LAN networking products like Switch, Wireless Access Point, Router and other networking related products.
Good knowledge in the fields of Business Network systems such as GPON, Gateway, Switch, AP and IP CCTV.
Able to extract data from various sources and to design/ construct/ execute complex analyses to finally come up with data/ reports that help solve the business problem.
Capability to communicate with and influence customers: including technical alignment, communication, clarification, and negotiation with customers.
