Job Description:Understand business direction and goals, align priorities and requirements with business teams and local marketsIdentify user pain points, conduct competitor analysis and identify current gaps in the overall Return Refund experiences provided by the platformDrive product solutions and strategies to align with business direction, resolve user pain points and provide a more comprehensive and user-friendly Return & Refund experience to both buyers and sellersContinuously seek ways to broaden the coverage of Return & Refund services, increase platform auto-judging capabilities and accuracy, reduce end-to-end resolution time of Return Refund request, control cost incurred by seller dispute and compensation, and improve overall buyer and seller sentimentsDeep dive into operational workflows to understand the entire business ecosystems, develop effective tools or platforms to support local operations especially on Return & Refund judging and policy setupsTake the ownership of the entire product development lifecycle, work closely with designers, analysts, engineers and data scientists to deliver product solutions with high business impactRequirements:Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent5+ years experience in e-Commerce or product management will be advantageousExcellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities and data-driven decision making mindsetsGood interpersonal skills and comfortable to engage stakeholders from both regional teams and local marketsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team membersAdaptable, open-minded, and thrives in a dynamic environment
