You'll be responsible for raising the bar, delivering projects that require complex stakeholder management and coordination across multiple cross-functional teams.

We work fast, push the boundaries, try new things and sometimes they don't work, so we embrace failure and lifelong learning.Get to know the Role:Be responsible for owning and driving the experience for our core banking and/or app experience to provide world class experienceCollaborate with engineering, design and other stakeholders to develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, and execute to deliver impactful experiencesWork with Product Marketing, Operations and other stakeholders on creative and well-defined go-to-market plansConduct research, data analysis, and customer interviews to gain insights into customer needs and preferencesLeverage on quantitative and qualitative data to formulate hypotheses in supporting product buildDefine success metrics and consistently measure the impact of your work and user feedback to identify areas for improvementLead the team to deliver the roadmap through agile sprint cycles, breaking down the product roadmap into executable stories and requirementsThe must haves:1-2 years experience as a product manager with a tech software or financial services companyDemonstrable success in launching new products or features with metrics and impact; ideally in a fintech, ecommerce or startup environmentHealthy blend of strategic thinking capabilities with an innate dream big, start small mindset with an eagle eye for detailEmpathy for users and a drive to discover and resolve their pain pointsAn analytical and a data-driven approach to problem solvingAn owner's mindset - you don't shy away from the hard stuffExcellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to quickly command trust and respect from executives and partnersHow do your skills match this job?
