The Product Marketing Associate position at Intellect is a pivotal role within our marketing team, where you will be instrumental in partnering with the Client Success team to drive awareness and utilisation of Intellect's services through the implementation of our engagement playbook, oversight of resource hubs, and maintenance of engagement collateral.
Your responsibilities will extend to ideating and creating unique and engaging content in a variety of formats and driving localisation efforts in key markets.
You are ideally someone who is creative, resourceful, skilled in managing multiple workstreams, and collaborative.
You will be at the forefront of delivering success alongside our Client Success team by co-owning the communications and engagement initiatives.
Client Communications Ownership: Enable the seamless rollout of the client communications playbook, taking ownership of client-facing and internal-facing resource hubs for a diverse client base, including monthly updates to client PICs.
Establish and maintain a feedback loop with Client Success to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and to tailor communications based on their evolving needs.
Manage localisation efforts with the localisation team for key markets across various collaterals to ensure effective communication tailored to regional needs.
Manage customisation requests for clients as needed.
User Engagement and Communication: Develop and write monthly end-user newsletters on a broad range of mental health themes.
Ideate, design, and develop engagement collaterals and assets, including microsites, videos, posters, infographics, gifs, and more, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand strategy.
Campaign Planning, Execution, and Reporting: Contribute to the development and execution of engagement marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels to drive user interaction and participation.
Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimise future engagement strategies.
Experiment with new ideas and approaches to enhance the effectiveness of engagement marketing strategies.
Requirements 1-3 years of marketing or content creation experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for understanding user behaviour and crafting relatable communications and collateral for various channels.
This is a role that heavily requires writing.
Design skills.
Familiarity with tools like Canva and Figma is a huge plus. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality and impactful marketing materials.
Creative, resourceful, and proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to read and/or write in another language is a plus, but not required.
Experience in understanding cultural nuances across the APAC region is a plus.
