Assist Sales & Marketing Manager in all aspects of jobs Assist the launch of New Product Development (NPD) by working with cross functional team including sales, trade marketing, design, regulatory affairs, supply chain etc) and tracks the development of all product initiatives and ensure timely launch of NPD within objectives and timeline. Manage, plan and execute brand launch campaign and event activities. Develop and lead promotional activities including promotional pack with proper system & process related to trade marketing Responsible in managing brand budget. Monitor and control A&P expenditure within budget allocations. Lead on-going analysis and review of consumer, category, market trends, promotional programs and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on brand performance and identify growth opportunity. Actively involved in monthly inventory sales forecast and monitoring. Liaise with the product and marketing team regarding any changes in stock movements, including situations like out of stock, delayed delivery and etc. Ensure the team maintains close communication with manufacturers and relevant parties to proactively address and minimize any potential issues. Develop, oversee, and execute digital and online communications, including digital marketing campaigns. Review all the marketing materials such as copy writings, print ads, advertorials, social media postings and etc. Liaise with internal & external teams to ensure that tasks are completed & programs are delivered on time. Job requirements: Bachelor's Degree in business / medical / science discipline. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in pharmaceutical/ consumer goods or relevant product-related capacity is preferred. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written. Ability to read and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, results oriented, resourceful, team player, hardworking, strong presentation, planning, organizing and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point). Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
