Product Management & Development (Marketing & Communications)
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive adoption, engagement, and growth of our technology solutions. This role will oversee the product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, while also managing and fostering relationships with key technology partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for technology, a keen understanding of market trends, and an ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and simply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product launches and feature updates, ensuring successful product positioning and market adoption.
Product Positioning & Messaging:Craft clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market and resonates with target customers.
Market Research & Analysis:Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape; use insights to inform product development and marketing campaigns.
Customer Engagement:Develop buyer personas, customer journey maps, and engagement strategies to align product offerings with customer needs and maximize satisfaction.
Content Development:Collaborate with the content team to create product marketing materials, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and product videos.
Sales Enablement:Provide the sales team with product training, sales decks, and key messaging to help them effectively position products and close deals.
Partner Strategy & Development:Develop and maintain relationships with key technology partners to drive joint marketing efforts, co-branding initiatives, and strategic alliances.
Collaborative Campaigns:Work closely with partners to plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to drive demand generation and product awareness.
Product Integration Support:Collaborate with technical team to ensure seamless integration of partner technologies with our solutions and align on product roadmaps.
Performance Analysis:Track, measure, and analyze the success of partner-driven marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Market Expansion:Identify opportunities for product-market fit through partner networks and support market expansion efforts in new regions.
Successful execution of product launches, measured by product adoption rates and market penetration.
Increase in lead generation and conversion rates from targeted marketing campaigns.
Strength and value of partnerships, as measured by the quality of co-marketing activities and joint revenue contribution.
Customer satisfaction and engagement levels, reflected in feedback.
Effectiveness of sales enablement, measured by sales team feedback and product knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in product marketing or product management within the tech industry.
Proven track record of launching and managing successful marketing campaigns for tech products.
Experience in managing relationships with technology partners.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, competitive analysis, and market research.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.
Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with software development processes.
Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies.
Previous experience with market expansion and go-to-market (GTM) strategy in multiple regions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, content marketing, and social media.
