Role Overview:
As a Product Owner at Prudential, you will ensure successful product delivery by collaborating with the squad to define and prioritize the product backlog.
You will be responsible for creating and refining user stories, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring the squad understands priorities during sprint planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Backlog Management:Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure it aligns with customer needs and business goals.
User Stories:Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
Stakeholder Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product requirements and progress.
Sprint Planning:Ensure the squad understands priorities and objectives during sprint planning sessions.
Acceptance Testing:Review and accept completed work to ensure it meets the defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
