We're seeking an individual who is not only deeply passionate about Agile methodologies but also possesses a keen eye for detail, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven track record of delivering consumer products that resonate with users.**What you can expect to work on**:- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's vision and goals.- Prioritize features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, including data scientists, developers, and 150+ super fans, to gather feedback and insights.- Define and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.- Monitor key metrics and user feedback to iterate on features and enhance overall product satisfaction.- Conduct thorough testing and validation of new features to ensure they meet quality standards before release.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.- 3-5 years of experience in a product management or related role, with a proven track record of delivering consumer products to customers.- Experience working in Agile environments, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decisions at all levels of the organization.**Benefits**- We Listen.
