This might be the perfect opportunity for you!In this role you will:The Product Owner will lead the execution of the roadmap for our ProfitSword product in partnership with the Product Manager, serving hoteliers and management companies.
This role requires an appreciation for finance and data.
As a leader, you will be responsible for driving roadmap execution, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring iterative, valuable delivery.Typical Functions:In this role, we'll expect you to:Product Vision and RoadmapWork closely with PMs to decompose initiatives and epics to communicate to developmentMaintain a clear understanding of ProfitSword's mission, and customer needsDemand the "why" behind each initiative to ensure the greatest business value is prioritizedCreate, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.Write clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Development, to gather requirements, priorities and feedback and prioritizing highest business value.Collaborate with Agile teams to plan sprints, define deliverables, and meet deadlines.Provide guidance and decision-making to ensure development aligns with product goals.Performance Metrics and ReportingDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives.Provide regular updates on product progress and outcomes to stakeholders.Minimum Qualifications3+ years of product management experienceDemonstrated success in developing and managing B2B SaaS products, ideally within the finance or hospitality technology sectors.Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.A strong commitment to understanding customer pain points, behaviors, and expectations.
