As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality features that meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the product, aligning it with the overall business objectives and user needs.Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the product vision and includes detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including developers, designers, and business leaders, to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on product goals.Sprint Planning: Lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring that the development team understands the priorities and requirements for each sprint.User-Centric Design: Advocate for a user-centric approach, ensuring that the product delivers a seamless and intuitive experience for developers.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.Global Coordination: Effectively manage and coordinate with the development team based in Malaysia, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across time zones.Vendor Transition Management: Handle transitions from external vendors, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and integration of external resources into the development process.QualifikationenExperience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably within the software development or automotive industry.
Specific knowledge/ Skill Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development processes and tools.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.SAFe Framework: Proven knowledge and working experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
