The Product Performance Manager for Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) will be responsible for driving the overall performance, positioning, and profitability of the LCV product portfolio in the Asia Pacific region. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and coordination across functions to ensure the success of the LCV segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance of LCV products in the region.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive positioning, and emerging trends.
Performance Management:
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and market share.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend actions to address gaps.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and After-Sales teams to align on product objectives.
Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistent execution of product strategies.
Customer Insights and Feedback:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and address pain points.
Provide recommendations for product enhancements based on customer insights.
Market Launch and Lifecycle Management:
Lead new product launches, ensuring alignment with regional goals and timelines.
Manage the product lifecycle to maximize value and ensure competitiveness.
Technical Expertise and Support:
Provide technical knowledge of LCV products to internal teams and external partners.
Ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements.
Light Commercial Vehicle Focus:
Maintain expertise in the LCV segment, including product specifications, trends, and market opportunities.
Act as a subject matter expert for all LCV-related matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
Experience:
8-10 years of experience in product management, performance analysis, or a related role, preferably in the automotive or LCV sector.
Proven track record of managing LCV products or portfolios.
