Job Responsibilities: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for Stamping & CNC Manufacturing products. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve yield and quality. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of electronic products. Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production process. Provide technical support and guidance to production personnel. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Stamping and CNC Manufacturing technology. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols. Support internal, external certification agencies and customer quality audits. Provide training on quality related topic in organization. Lead, facilitate and participate in the Corrective Action process (8D), Material Review Boards (MRB), First Article process and Line Certification/Audit process. Establish and maintain quality data such as 8D, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC and other quality related data and records. Provide timely and effective feedback for expression of ideas, issues and problem to superior. Any other tasks as per assign. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in Stamping and CNC Manufacturing environment. Ability to work well independently and within a team. Ability to read engineering documentation, strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English and Malay. Fluent in Mandarin is a plus point. Strong knowledge of ISO1400, ISO9001 ans IATF 16949. Job Types: Full-time, Contract
