We are looking for an Engineer who is highly motivated to further develop their quality management and problem-solving skills. In this position, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to support job role needs such as managing the product quality plan and customer complaints.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following behavioral skills:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Representing Quality in innovation, customization, and relocation projects, initiating the required quality measures
Product Quality Planning and management
Product and component parts approval (First Lot Approval and Product Approval)
Initializing and approving Initial Sample Inspection
Coordinating and processing First Article Inspection
Coordinating and processing customer claims (8D reports and Non-conformance reports)
Deviation approval and management
Ensuring CE!/CEX requirements
Supporting change requests and approval processes (quality perspective)
Supporting in Design and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis
Supporting product management during customer visits and audits
Performing internal and external audits
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic & Electrical Engineering, or any other science/engineering-related field
Additional degree in quality engineering or successful track record in a quality engineer position is advantageous
Profound experience of the quality process (mechanisms) of high-tech components in a highly consolidated market environment on a global scale
