General Summary The main roles of a QMBKA Manager (Quality Management Business Key Account) is leading a team of Quality Manager/Engineers in resolving customer quality issues through 8D problem solving methodology, with the objective to ensure customer satisfaction through customer centricity mindset.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Driving the team in meeting customer and product quality expectations and requirement Leading, coaching and mentoring of Quality Engineers Interfacing with customer on quality related topics Development of Quality Improvement Strategies and Targets Driving Product and Quality performance improvement Continual Improvement on Quality Process Maintaining high standard of 8D reports University degree, preferably in engineering field At least 5 years of work experience as Quality Manager Strong leadership and analytical skill Strong communication and presentation skill Preferred Qualification Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) knowledge Semi-conductor product and process knowledge Diversity Statement VAT is an equal opportunity employer.
