Sample Testing : Procure and evaluate product samples to ensure they meet established quality standards prior to mass production.
Quality Control : Conduct thorough testing of product batches upon warehouse arrival and provide detailed feedback to suppliers for necessary improvements.
Reporting : Maintain comprehensive records and provide regular updates on product development, testing outcomes, and supplier performance metrics.
Requirements:
Minimum one year of relevant experience in product development and sourcing, ideally within the automotive accessories industry.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as 1688, Alibaba, and Taobao.
Hands-on knowledge of product testing processes and quality control measures.
