Responsibilities
Conduct market analysis and consumer trend. Understand customer preferences. Evaluate product testing and feedback. Integrate design considerations and aesthetic factors into research tasks. Ensure products align with market expectations and trends. Engage with manufacturers and suppliers. Facilitate product development. Ensure product quality. Negotiate terms with suppliers. Research, analyze, and evaluate suppliers and their product categories. Align with company profitability, sales targets, and budget. Analyze data from customer reviews and supplier negotiations. Inform decision-making processes related to product development. Collect, organize, and analyze data to solve problems. Explore issues and predict market trends. Research, analyze, and evaluate suppliers and their product categories. Align with company profitability, sales targets, and budget. Compile research findings. Present reports and recommendations. Contribute to product development strategies. Complete tasks supporting overall business operations and product development efforts. Contribute to ongoing and existing product improvement efforts and Identify areas for enhancement. Ad- hoc as necessary. Responsibilities At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field . Customer services oriented, creative, passionate and good team spirit. Good analytical and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels. Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines . Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills and strong judgment and decision-making. Fluency in Chinese, Malay and English is required.
