Sales and Distribution Role:
-Execute sales plan with the objective of achieving target set for the assigned accounts in your respective territory.
-Provide construction feedback to seek continuous improvement.
-Track and monitor sales performance against targets and develop action plan to close the difference if any.
-Gather and generate ideas from the market to enhance on developing local initiatives to drive sales volumes.
-To manage and collect credit overdue/outstanding and bad debts within the assigned time frame.
-To ensure any changes of all accounts are duly updated (i.e.: opening of new clinics, close or temporary close, active, and inactive).
-To actively serve clinics to continuously generate and build sales (take orders, prepare DO and invoice, conduct training to clinic staffs, to do product delivery and handle complaints constructively).
