Key Responsibilities: Engage and Educate: Passionately introduce our portfolio of surgical equipment (capital and consumables) to healthcare professionals, ensuring they understand the unique benefits and applications of our products.Operating Theatre coverage: Participate in surgical procedures by demonstrating the correct operation of our equipment to operating theatre staff. You will provide real-time support and ensure that the medical team is fully trained in the use of our products.Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong rapport with Key Opinion Leaders, fostering trust and collaboration to enhance product adoption.Sales Follow-Up: Provide diligent follow-up throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.Market Intelligence: Gather competitor insights and market intelligence to assist the Sales Manager in developing effective sales and marketing strategies.Requirements: Educational Background: A degree or diploma in a science-related field.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the medical devices industry, preferably within ENT, neuro, or surgical equipment.Hands-On Experience: Good to have experience in engaging in live surgeries and cadaver workshops.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken); ability to convey complex medical information clearly and persuasively.Mobility: Possession of a car for travel to client sites is essential.Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.Why Join Us?
