Familiarity with the regulatory environment related to aquaculture products. Proven experience in sales, particularly in the aquaculture sectors. Ability to demonstrate a successful sales track recordPromote aquatic health supplement to the farmers via physical visit (one to one session or one to groups) or giving talk in course training/EXPO/Seminar/Government organized events for farmers/webinar. Promote aquatic health supplement to the feed manufacturers. Responsible to find lead via social media platforms/communities/whatsapp groups /telegrams /associations and others. Encourage to promote the products in company and own social media platforms . Engage the farm with trial program, monitor and follow through the trial, and convert into sales upon completion of the trials. Conversion of the farms to customers to adopt the use of the product commercially.. At any special occasion, the personnel will refer to the superiors for any flexible package to suit the special scenario in the farm (if there is any). The personnel will need to be a sensible, flexible and with added advantage with aquaculture and selling experience. The personnel will have to responsible to provide timely update, feedback, reports and suggestions in dealing with their prospect to the superiors The personnel will promote others animal supplements than aquatic animals when identify the new opportunities during farm visit Other responsibilities as and when required by the Sales & Marketing team Additional certifications in nutrition or aquactulture prectices can be beneficial. Degree in aquaculture, marine biology, animal science, or a related field is often preferred.
