The incumbent works closely with the Sales Manager in managing the Dental channel.
Responsibilities:Achieve sales targets and outcomes for the financial year.
Execute sales activities to target accounts identified for all Marketing campaigns.
Utilize CRM tool (SFDC) to ensure standardized processes during all sales stages, and to follow-up on all marketing qualified leads that have been identified from integrated marketing activities.
Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status report.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
Present, promote and sell medical products/solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers/products/services and selling skills.
Possess basic knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, warranties, etc.
Willing to travel outstation and cover more than 1 area.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Good command in English, both written and spoken.
Minimum Requirements:Degree or professional qualification in a Science- or Medical-related discipline with minimum one year experience in a similar role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
