Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that each chosen Apple Champion performs their assigned duties:
Advocacy: Apple champ role & responsibility:
Assure that the Apple Fixture is neat and clean and complies with the demo / merchandising guidelines;
Assure that the Apple Fixture is always prepared to serve customers (i.e., that every demo unit has demo content and is linked to wifi);
Lead the team to complete the SEED scoring.
Closely collaborate with ASM to provide all Apple Sales Staff with training. Ensure every member of the Apple sales team has the product expertise necessary to assist customers.
Daily/Weekly tracking on MBAAR POS KPI Setting / Performance and Apple Fixture Expansion Plan Improvement.
Lead and mentor all showroom and sales staff, ensuring that the showroom meets all attachment requirements and achieves the sales and service KPI (growth in all categories).
Foster positive relationships with store management and staff to ensure cooperation and support for merchandising initiatives.
Implement and deliver Apple directed initiatives and leverage Apple strategies and programs to the sales partner.
Merchandiser & Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
Ensure that Apple product merchandising is always up to standard and updated as required to meet brand, product, and segment-specific information and promotions.
Ensure the store is merchandised and Apple products are displayed in accordance with the Apple merchandising guideline and Planogram Compliance to the Apple branded fixture located in store.
Maintain excellent sales, product, and service knowledge at all times to deliver the best customer solution.
Monitor inventory levels of Apple products, communicate with store management regarding replenishment needs, and assist with stock rotation as necessary.
Provide regular reports on merchandising activities, product performance, and any issues or opportunities observed in-store.
Product Training Arrangement Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Distributor Trainer on curating training plan for Apple Champ and general staff.
Schedule regular training sessions at all unassisted and in-line stores on Apple product for virtual teams.
Assist with in-store training presentations to educate customers on the latest in innovation and total solutions; deliver in-store seminars on Apple specific products and solutions.
Provide adequate training to underperforming employees and the showroom as a whole. Ensure store staff are well briefed and trained on new Apple products and promotions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business Management/Business Administration.
Possess at least 3-5 years of Purchasing/Merchandising, Sales and Training Experience in a retail industry.
Preferably has basic Apple's product knowledge.
Willing to travel.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
Microsoft Skills Literacy (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Able to propose and execute solutions to problems with appropriate independent justification.
