Product Management & Development (Marketing & Communications)
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify market trends and customer needs.
Work closely with suppliers to translate customer requirements into product specifications.
Coordinate product evaluation and analyze user's feedback.
Conduct in-depth analysis to determine the product pricing, analyze cost structure and pricing strategy to optimize profitability.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project progress.
Provide product presentation & training to internal teams.
Support marketing teams with product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Execute brand-building activities to enhance brand awareness and reputation, enhancing product knowledge within the market.
Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to product development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in food science, science or related field
Experience in Research and Development (R&D) is an added advantage
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Self-driven and result oriented in managing projects
