Product Specialist Intern - Regional Crm, Regional Brand & Growth Marketing (Summer 2024)

Job Description:Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from operations, business, to product management teams to efficiently manage platform feature requestsAssist in facilitating internal communications for upcoming product launches monitor product release schedules, prepare and distribute monthly newsletters, and conduct feature trainings to educate user teamsOrganise and maintain platform user manuals and trackers to ensure it is up to dateAssist with drafting feature requests derived from user feedback and propose platform solutions that aligns with business requirementsSupport in coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) timelines with business and product teams to align on features rollout planDeliver ad hoc projects including conducting research and analysis of market trends to generate business insights and ideas for platform improvementsRequirements:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information System or a related field is preferredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProactive attitude, attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environmentAnalytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data and user feedbackFull-time interns preferred (3-6 months)Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
