Build, develop, and maintain professional relationships with customers. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. Organize and conduct Continuous Medical Education (CME) events, programs, and workshops. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Undertake assigned ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified by the company. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management. Ideal Candidates: Lap Technician, Pharmacist, Nurses, Medical Officers, or anyone interested in sales & marketing in healthcare product. b) Orthopedic Sales Representative Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including orthopedic surgeons, hospital staff, and purchasing departments. Effectively promote and sell a portfolio of orthopedic medical devices to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide product education and training to healthcare providers and hospital staff. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the orthopedic market. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and support clinical use in healthcare settings. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management. Requirements : Proven sales experience. Fresh graduates or individuals with a nursing background interested in medical sales (Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices) are encouraged to apply. Preferably with experience in medical laboratory technology for the Medical Laboratory Technology Sales Representative role. Operating Theatre (OT) experience is required for the Orthopedic Sales Representative position. A good understanding of the healthcare market and related procedures. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to conduct face-to-face presentations with customers. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients. Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to outstation locations periodically.
