Product Specialist (Surgical)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Product Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical devices sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities: Sales and Marketing:Track business opportunities in strategic accounts.Meet with key stakeholders to introduce our portfolio of devices in MIS, OBGYN, urology, and colorectal disciplines.Manage a sales portfolio with assigned revenue target through tenders and replacement opportunities.Develop strategies with internal stakeholders to acquire new customers and increase market share.Execute joint marketing and educational activities to enhance customer engagement and build value in partnership with our key principals.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.Conduct regular training and quality audits to advise customers on device conversions and best practices.Educational and Work Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the medical device industry.Diploma or Degree in Business or Marketing; a nursing background is an added advantage.Demonstrated ability to go the extra mile with a positive attitude and customer-first mindset.Self-motivated team player with a willingness to travel on short notice.Strong execution skills with a focus on timely completion of initiatives and deals.
