Understanding Market practices and sharing insights to the team for better work flows Drawing out step by step plans for SOP implementation and transitions Streamlining existing practices Team Management: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver the final objective.
Client Management: Ability to structure and record each client account handling, and develop simple onboarding and cross selling for all new and existing clients.
Ability to streamline processes for all account use cases.
Content Management: Training and guiding team members to learn how to recognise/ achieve top notch industry standard product write ups to all B2C customers.
System Features and Use cases: Understanding System features and how clients can effectively use the system for their benefits.
The Profile Requirements: Displays strong skillset in organizing information Diploma / Degree holders.
1 year Experience in the Attractions and Tourism industry preferred.
Tech Savvy and with basic excel knowledge.
Good command in English to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
Ability to understand business end objectives.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
