ResponsibilitiesStudy market trends for new products and initiate new product development.
Monitor and ensure on-time launching of new products.
Organize and conduct product training for distributors, dealers, or consultants.
Understand, clarify, and ensure overall requirements pertaining to the inquiries.
Ensure all expectations are clearly communicated to relevant departments.
Work cross-functionally with R&D, MC, QC, OM to get replies on inquiries in a timely manner.
Provide accurate proposals and quotations in a timely manner.
Ensure the profitability of the project/product is maintained under various order variations.
Facilitate and make necessary arrangements for marketing events such as factory visitation and factory acceptance tests.
Provide product training to sales affiliates if necessary.
Undertake and execute ad-hoc projects as deemed necessary by the Management.
Prerequisite Knowledge & ExperiencesMinimum a Degree holder, preferably in the field of Engineering. Personnel without such qualification but with a minimum of 5 years working experience in a related field may assume the position, subject to management approval.
Good understanding of HVAC systems and chiller products.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Good skills in planning and coordinating work between departments.
Minimum 1 year experience in the HVACR industry.
Analytical mindset with strong business acumen.
Good in written and spoken English.
Positive attitude with good personality and interpersonal skills.
Graphic design ability will be an advantage.
