Responsibilities:Ensure the implementation of new product development procedures and guidelines.
Manage product, process, and packaging innovations for the factory.
Ensure product compliance by design (quality, food safety & regulatory) and help drive change management resulting from New Product Development innovations in the factory.
Assist in achieving and maintaining required technical standards in products (formula & packaging) & processes for all the products in the portfolio.
Provide technical support to manufacturing on troubleshooting and improvement initiatives.
Drive alternative raw and packaging materials initiatives.
Update documents in Product Files for innovation and renovation activities and manage recipes in the Company Branding system.
Maintain data and regulatory standards such as HACCP, GMP, Halal License, and other relevant standards.
Lead the team in product processing and perform quality control criteria on all manufacturing lines.
What Will Make You Successful:Academic experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or relevant Science fields as a minimum.
8 years of experience in a manufacturing/R&D role in the food business.
Capability in project management and managing project portfolios in several areas competing for resources.
Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams.
Good communication skills in dealing with raw suppliers and clients in multiple languages.
