We are looking for a Product Technologist to develop and implement the appropriate technical standards in innovation and renovation of products and processes in portfolio as driven by business needs.
A day in the life of...
Ensure the implementation of new products development procedures and guidelines.
Responsible to manage product and process for the factory.
Ensure product compliance by design (quality, food safety & regulatory) and help drive change management resulting from New Product Development innovations in factory.
Assist in managing product development to meet 60/40+ as defined by Business Unit in the brief and responsible to manage technical releases for the factory.
Assist to achieve and maintain required technical standards in products (formula) & processes for all the products in portfolio.
Ensure to provide technical support to manufacturing on troubleshooting and improvement initiatives.
Help drive alternative raw and packaging materials initiatives.
Responsible for updating of documents in Product Files for innovation and renovation activities and management of recipes in GREAT (SAP-RM).
Responsible for maintenance of data in GLOBE (ROH, ZPCK, HALB and BOM)
What Will Make You Successful,
Had an academic experienced in Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and relevant Science fields as minimum.
Had 3 years experienced in manufacturing / R&D role in food business.
Has the capability in project management and project portfolio in several areas competing for resource.
Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams.
