Organizing and allocating time & resources across various training courses and stakeholders.
Understanding the market in-depth to ensure relevance and effectiveness of the training programs.
Develop and execute effective training courses to achieve set business objectives within the approved budget.
Knowledge-based KPIs and Annual Performance objectives Job Requirement Bachelor's degree required; post-graduation in chemical / construction.
Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant construction & waterproofing industries.
Solid understanding of paints, waterproofing and application methods.
Good communication skills specifically in public speaking.
Strong knowledge in organizing physical training courses.
Flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of working with teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
Strong interpersonal skills, influencing capabilities, project management skills, and the ability to work independently.
