Internal Communication (80%)
-Develop and execute internal communication and engagement plan that align with business objectives.
-Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as presentations, announcements and postings etc., across multiple communication channels.
-Manage internal communication channels, such as social media and communication system, to ensure all messages are consistent and engaging.
-Ensure that all internal communications are handled in a timely manner and all employees are actively engaged by sharing mediums with a common voice.
-Liaise with APAC team in aligning internal communications calendar, planning and content production.
-Work closely with cross functional teams, such as human resources, marketing and product, to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery.
-Stay up to date on internal communication technologies and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Product Training (20%)
-Plan, design, and implement training programs ranging from orientation, product knowledge, technical skills, customer service and selling skills training.
-Perform localization of product training materials, sales skill courses, product comparison courses, product related materials.
-Identify and develop a variety of learning materials such as e-learning modules, workshops, and manuals to enhance the capabilities of Sales Representatives.
-Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training techniques to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.

; Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
-1 - 2 years' working experience in relevant field.
-Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Malay.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Words and Power Point
-Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
-Well-organized with strong time management skills to oversee content schedules and deadlines.
-Strong interdepartmental collaboration and coordination skills.
