Job Responsibilities:Plan, design, and implement training programs ranging from orientation, product knowledge, technical skills, customer service and selling skills training.
Perform localization of product training materials, sales skill courses, product comparison courses, product related materials.
Identify and develop a variety of learning materials such as e-learning modules, workshops, and manuals to enhance the capabilities of Sales Representatives.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training techniques to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
Min.
2 years working experience in relevant field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Malay (Mandarin is required to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders).
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
Well-organized with strong time management skills.
