Production Admin Executive & Assistant:
Demonstrated ability to be a quick learner and capable of work independently.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Responsible for maintaining production equipment and managing supplies and stock.
Performs other related duties as assigned like managing files, updating paperwork and performing data entry and document control.
Positive & proactive attitude with the ability to address issues, follow up and implement solutions as required.
Strong communication (verbal & written), ability to self-motivate, prioritize, and organize in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Problem-solver and analytical thinker, able to identify potential solutions and problem-solving.
Ability to function effectively as a team member and multi-tasking.
Diploma/Degree from college/university preferred.
Training will be provided.
