Production Admin

Prepare production report.- Check production workers attendance- Place an order of direct material based on customer order.- Maintain the actual stock level and system.- Prepare the variance report and make it tally.- Prepare monthly incentive report for production- Conduct proper filing system for hardcopy of reports monthly.- Carry out necessary administrative duties as required- Perform clerical tasks as requested by the production team**Requirements**:- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.- Malaysian only- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)
