Production Assistant/ Clerk

Microsoft Office ??????- ??????????? ???????????? ????????????,?????????????????- ????,????,???????- ???????????????????**Responsibilities**:- Handling day-to-day tasks for Production department- Perform data entry for customer order and create production work order.- Issue Delivery Order (DO), packing goods and arrange for delivery.- Stock monitoring and maintain up-to-date record for all items and raw material.- Order production tools and accessories, ensure sufficient stock.- Entry item code and update product catalogue.- Liaise with customer and interdepartmental related to operation matters.- Provide clerical support, maintain up to date documentation and company database- Perform ad-hoc task and duties assigned by superior as and when required.**Job Requirements & Qualification**:- Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft Office- Good behavior, disciplined & good communication.- Able to work overtime (for special occurrence).- Able to start immediately or within short notice.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Bukit Mertajam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):**Education**:- STM/STPM (required)**Experience**:- Production Admin: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
