About Us and The RoleWe (Ninja Feed Sdn Bhd) are producers of high quality Larvae and Frass from Black Soldier Flies for animal feed and plant feed. We are based in Tampoi, Johor. We are looking for an individual who would like to join us in contributing to a more sustainable future and be part of the Green Economy. As a full-time Production Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting the production process of breeding Black Soldier Flies and production of high quality Larvae and Frass.
What you'll be doing
Assisting in the day-to-day breeding and production activities to ensure efficient and timely cycles are achieved
Monitoring production equipment and machinery to identify and report any issues or maintenance needs
Performing quality checks at various stages of the breeding and production process to maintain high standards
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to breeding and production activities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address challenges and implement process improvements
Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a safe working environment
What we're looking for
Bachelor/Diploma in Science, Agriculture, Entomology, Animal science, Zoology or related field
Fresh Graduates welcomed
Strong knowledge in Insect Breeding and Insect Life Cycle is favourable
Relevant experience in a breeding, production or manufacturing environment is favourable but not necessary
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
Good problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies or processes
