Language Proficiency:Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Mandarin candidates are preferable)
Travel Requirement:Able to travel to China for 3-6 months training
Responsibilities:
Daily management of front-line workers in the production department in accordance with production control requirements
Provide support to the production team in daily activities, including troubleshooting production issues, coordinating workflow, and ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality standards
Supervise and provide guidance to production staff, including training, performance evaluation, and coaching to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to quality standards
Monitor production processes on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal requirements
Maintain accurate production records including production output, downtime, and other relevant data, and prepare reports for management review
