Production Chemist - Officer/Executive

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct tests and monitor the process performance throughout production.Troubleshoot problems associated with manufacturing processes.Evaluate quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements in quality control.Analyze production processes, schedules, methods and other data. Develop reports containing data and statistics to enable management to better understand future requirements needed for the manufacturing process.Develop routines and best practices to ensure manufacturing process and product quality comply with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and other relevant regulations.Perform other incidental duties assigned by leader. REQUIREMENT Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Chemistry (eg. Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical & Electronic)Graduate from Polytechnic / Teknik are encouraged to apply1 to 2 years of relevant Manufacturing experience in production environment or medical device industry is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.Willing to gain deeper understanding and knowledge of process and equipment used in assigned work.Strong documentation communication (e.g. written and verbal) and interpersonal relationship skill.Knowledge of applicable ISO regulations for medical device industry is highly desirable.Basic understanding of statistical techniques.Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels, must be able to work in a team environment.
