Production Clerk

**Job Descriptions**:- Administer and maintain filing of documents and records- Update all the records correctly and effectively- Ensure all office supplies are readily available- Prepare work schedules, overtime timesheet and other related documents- Ensure workplace are clean and safe by carry out 5s activities.- Prepare production documentation i.e. production job order / job sheet / material issue once received instruction from Sales Team.- To make sure all the information written in documents are correct and follow the specification- Key in production data entry- To assist production planner in data entry in computer system- To ensure all data entries are correctly keyed in and updated- To liase with interdepartmental for material / finished products movement.**Job Requirements**:- Possess with SPM/Certificate/Diploma- Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Comfortable to work with foreigner- Able to start work immediately**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Nilai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
