To support the production process by performing administrative tasks.
ResponsibilitiesScheduling : Creating and coordinating daily production schedules, including delivery schedules (moving and handover finished product to store).
Inventory : Checking inventory, counting incoming stock, and updating inventory records.
Ordering : Identifying supply sources, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring materials are available.
Documentation : Preparing documentation, compiling documents, and maintaining production records.
Communication : Communicating with suppliers and shipment carriers to coordinate deliveries and receipts.
Quality control : Assisting in quality control procedures to ensure products meet standards.
Other tasks : Completing other tasks assigned by the production manager or supervisor.#J-18808-Ljbffr
