Production Control Assistant Executive

Liaise with customers on orders fulfilment related topics. Ensure production plan meets customers' demands and achieving the targeted service level.Track and analyze customer's demand trend and forecast accuracy.Ensure accurate MRP related data are being maintained in planning system.Track and report daily planned vs actual output.Ensure the material availability and sufficient to support production requirements within value stream.Work with  purchasing and other relevant departments and communicate any supply related problems which may impact business operations.Work with logistic departments to prioritize urgent shipments.Work closely with other function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvementsSupport and prepare management report and presentation as and when necessary.Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time. Requirement Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree Business Management / Materials Management or equivalent.At least 1-2 years working experience in production planning.Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Mandarin, English & Malay.Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.MRP / ERP background is essential.Strong proficiency in MS Excel. Easy to adapt to change environment.
