Production Controller

Job description- Compile and prepare documentations such as cutting instruction, reject form, packing list, scrap materials record and etc.- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labeling.- Perform QC Check - Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.- Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.- Familiar with location of material in order to locate and issue the requisitioned material in time and of the right quantity.- Issue materials as per approved procedures to ensure materials issued are as per requisitions received and delivery is made to authorized personnel.- Coordinate and participate in special and scheduled stock counts as required.- In charge of stock transfer, in stock or out stock - responsible to make sure all the in & Out stock was accurate.- Raise PR to Supply Chain Department whenever need to purchase things needed in production / warehouse.- Involve in monthly stock take and do summary stock checking report.- To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Night shiftSupplemental Pay:- Overtime pay- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Are you able adapt to tough working environment?**Experience**:- Quality Control: 1 year (preferred)- Production: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Chinese, Malay and English?
