Receive PO from Sales & MarketingRegister PO to Job Status.Prepare drawing copy, write detailed job card and distribute project drawing.Planning schedule for monthly target closingFollow up job status with Production administrative / Asst. Manager for delivery.Liaise with QC Dept for Ready Item to be delivered.Prepare PO, DO & Invoice.Prepare trip schedule for runner.In charge sub job.Handle customers complains and present the issue to Asst. Manager.Handle Uniform, office equipment and safety equipment.Sourcing and make purchase.
Requirement
Certificated/ Diploma in any related fieldExcellent using Microsoft officeAbility work under pressureGood communication skillGood attitude and discipline
