Production Coordinator

**Responsibilities**- Primary role is to be responsible for the coordination of our 2 key production lines, including all logístical arrangements required in the production process, i.e all stock (LWS frame & BT Panel) etc. and its distribution.- Estimate the amount of material, equipment, and labour required for production.- Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.- Coordinate production operations in accordance with material, labour, and equipment availability.- Monitor changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.- Assist in the audit and quality of the finished products before shipping.- Generate and prepare quotations, invoices, payments to vendors/suppliers/customers- Partake in regular safety audits to ensure that the working environment is safe for the staff.**Skills & Experience**- 3+ years of experience in a similar role- Knowledge of building construction and building material such as light gauge steel structural system and any other building materials, building structure that is required from different countries esp. Australia a plus.- Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu in order to communicate with our suppliers and staff.- Knowledge of light steel frame machine operation, light steel framing software such as Vertex BD or any other light steel framing is a bonusPay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- light steel frame machine operation: 1 year (preferred)- Vertex BD or any other light steel framing: 1 year (preferred)- building construction and building materia: 1 year (preferred)- Production: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
