Production Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: -   -Production Supervising -To plan, schedule, monitor and follow up closely on production performance.
-Communicate and coordinate between Sales - Production - Logistic to ensure smooth delivery on time.

Compliance and Safety -To prepare reports in timely manner.
-Ensures compliance to manufacturing standards ISO13485:2016.
-Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing individuals on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

Leadership guidance -Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems and advise on their resolution.
Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding and capability.

Preferred: - -Strong problem-solving abilities and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams such as procurement, production, and logistics.
-Experience with planning software, demand forecasting, inventory management and production scheduling.
-Knowledge in ISO13845:2016 may be an advantages.
