Responsibilities:Assist in monthly & yearly stock take
Carry out the production administration tasks
Ensure proper filing of records and documents, including maintenance checklists and all types of forms used by production
Prepare daily production output updates and compilations
Assist with daily shop floor tracking for adherence to production schedule; prepare and send out machine daily status
Prepare daily shipping activity
Control all issuing of production supplies
Maintain a clean and organized working environment following 5S principles, ready for customer audits at all times
Prepare gauge and tooling lists as per Inspection plan and Setup sheet
Retrieve programs from the server for machine setters on a daily basis
Keep machines and surrounding areas clean and tidy (5S) and ensure they are working correctly on a shift basis
Prepare all documents, programs, materials, gauges, and cutters according to plan before machine stoppage
If emergency leave is needed, contact superior prior to the date or time
Follow work instructions from Manager & Supervisor and complete tasks on time
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or vocational school (PSDC); Diploma in engineering is an added advantage
At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing sector
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours and manage physically demanding setups that may require beyond office hours
