Production Optimization:Implement, monitor and enhance production processes to ensure maximum efficiency, quality and output of our Polymer Concrete pipes & Fittings.
Setting Production Targets:Establish and communicate production targets and ensure their achievement by effectively managing and motivating the production team.
Collaboration and Coordination:Coordinate and cooperate with departments such as QC and Maintenance to ensure a seamless process flow. Maintain close communication with the Maintenance Departments to ensure machines are well-maintained and schedule timely maintenance to minimize disruption.
Quality Assurance:Develop and maintain stringent quality standards and procedures to guarantee product integrity and compliance with industry regulations.
Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for enhancing production methods, equipment performance and workflow to optimize overall productivity.
Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of production data, reports and procedures for analysis and improvement initiatives.
Safety Compliance:Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations within the production environments.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering – Manufacturing, Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering or Related Field.
Work experience of at least 3 years in a related field is preferred in the Polymer Concrete, Fiberglass or Concrete Industries.
Strong personality and ability to lead a team with diverse backgrounds and expertise.
Strong ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
Ability to coordinate with various departments for streamlined operations.
