Production Engineer

Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for setting-up process parameter setting and die selection at extruder machine.
Responsible for the issuance and up-date of the manufacturing card.
Responsible for monitoring daily process performance.
Responsible to perform assigned duties as directed by Production Manager.
Responsible to review and update manufacturing Card.
Responsible for ensuring the product quality during the process and take corrective actions for any non-conformities.
Responsible for the selection of the machine and equipment selection and availability.
Responsible for monitoring and improving the productivity of the production.
Responsible for supporting the technical training to the floor workers.
Any other duties that may be given by the management from time to time.
Position RequirementsMust possess a Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Strong command in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Must be familiar with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-driven with leadership competencies, a good team player, problem solving with analytical skills.
Must have at least 3 to 4 years experience in Manufacturing / Production Operations.
Willing to work in Kerteh, Terengganu.
