Production Engineer (Penang)

- Improve overall production yield, quality, delivery and costs.


- Effective in managing and supervising people, providing safety and SOP training.


- Execute and coordinate the daily inspection, maintenance, repairing and upgrading of equipment and machinery.


- Provide innovation ideas to improve the production process – Kaizen activity.


- Prepare and submit production reports regularly as required.


- Work closely with the Production Manager to resolve ongoing production issues.


- Participate in audit preparation.


- Ensure safety and housekeeping at the production area.


- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management

; Requirements:-


- Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronic)


- Prefer someone with strong knowledge in PLC


- Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment


- Technical Troubleshooting, Quality and Management


- Good leadership


- Computer literate
